CeCe Anderson is a dynamic performer with a presence that defies her petite stature, embodying the phrase 'likkle but tallawah' —small in size but bursting with strength and personality.
Born in London to Jamaican parents, she has bases in both London and the East Midlands. CeCe’s warmth, wit, and naturally endearing presence allow her to bring depth and conviction to her roles. With a strong background and passion for singing, she brings emotional resonance to her performances, though her primary focus is acting, where she shines in portraying nurturing, sharp, and commanding characters both on screen and on stage.

In 2024, CeCe was featured in a McDonald's campaign, adding another impressive credit to her growing list of work.
​With over 15 years of acting training—four of which were at The Actors Workshop Nottingham. CeCe earned a BA (Hons) degree in Media Performance from Glamorgan University in Cardiff and Western Carolina University in North Carolina, Cullowhee, USA. This degree allowed her to combine her passion for performing arts and media production.
CeCe starred in the award-winning, festival-favourite Body With No Face (2022), the post-apocalyptic action feature Echoes of the Fallen (2022), and the pandemic sci-fi feature film TAWN-19 (2020).
In 2023, CeCe was cast in the nationally touring BSL theatre production, BOSSY, multi-rolling as Jamaican Grandma Vivian and schoolgirl Ebony. Produced by the multi-award-winning Croydon theatre company Zoo Co, the play was written and directed by Cherie Gordon and co-directed by Flo O’Mahony.

In 2021, CeCe won the audience runner-up vote for an original monologue performance called Interview, written by Samantha Badman.

In 2019, CeCe won the judges' vote at the Nexus Monologue Jam, in association with The Actors Workshop Nottingham, performing a monologue from the multi-Oscar-winning film Precious (2009).
​
CeCe is a mezzo-soprano with a jazzy and soulful tone, carrying a strong belt. Her vocal range is E3 to G5.
